His music is generally classified as Americana and has been influenced by Roy Orbison, Bruce Springsteen, Chris Isaak and Lucinda Williams.Danny Vera and his band feature as the house band of Dutch TV talkshow "Voetbal International" which is broadcast live every Friday evening on RTL7.
